Educator Positions
The Early Learning Lead Teacher should embody East Boston Social Centers, Inc. core values: collaborative, transparent, accountable, and proactive and will demonstrate the ability to accomplish established objectives and effectively provide high quality programming.
The Assistant Teacher will plan, prepare, and participate in activities to increase the enjoyment and educational value for the children. Assistant Teachers should also commit to further education and complete specific trainings to effectively provide high quality programming.
The Infant Teacher will be a detailed-oriented self starter with strong leadership, organizational management, and communication skills. A successful candidate will have familiarity with youth development and will provide basic care for the children to ensure that they are clean, fed and rested.
