Educator Positions (Early Education)
East Boston Social Centers, Inc. is looking for 2-3 individuals with a motivation to work with children in our preschool, toddler, or infant classrooms.
Out-of-School Time Program Group Leader
General responsibilities include the supervision of a group of 13 school aged children, including but not limited to: independent group leadership, consistent monitoring of children and their needs, providing guidance during this time of remote learning. East Boston Social Centers, Inc. is looking for someone with charisma to effectively promote the East Boston Social Centers, Inc. culture.
Leadership
This position is responsible for the overall usage of our CRM (Raiser’s Edge NXT), data structure, quality control, data retrieval, report customization and analysis, and policies and procedures. Additionally, this role works with the Executive Director with administrative support and serves as liaison to the Board of Directors.
Reporting to the Director of Finance the Accounting Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Finance to managing the organization’s day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and grants management.
